Corporate Sponsorship
Your business or organization has the opportunity to support the arts by providing a monetary gift or an in-kind donation of goods or services. Support from our sponsors makes it possible for Plano Metropolitan Ballet to continue to bring the art of dance to Plano and its surrounding communities. There are several ways you can help!
Underwriting
A wide range of underwriting opportunities are available. Your organization’s monetary gift can help fund a production or an event by offsetting expenses such as costumes, theater rentals, guest artists, backdrops, or catering.
In-Kind Gifts
Donations of goods and services such as printing, catering and supplies help make special events and productions possible. In-kind donations are also needed for our annual silent auction and raffles.
Sponsorship Levels
- Tiara – $2500
- Pointe Shoe – $1001-$2500
- Tutu – $250-$1000
- Gold – $500 to $999 Contribution
- Silver – $250 to $499 Contribution
- Bronze – Up to $249 Contribution
In-kind gifts will be acknowledged in the corresponding event program for which the donation was made. All monetary sponsorships will be listed in the January production program. Platinum level sponsors and above will also be listed on production posters and in the Dance Plano! program. Your organization will also receive complimentary tickets to a Plano Metropolitan Ballet performance (Platinum – 4 tickets, Sapphire – 8 tickets, Diamond – 12 tickets). Program and event listings will be subject to the timing that the donation is received.

Friends of Plano Metropolitan Ballet
Friends of Plano Metropolitan Ballet is a sponsorship program that allows friends and relatives to show their support for PMB.
Levels of Participation
- Ballerina – $2500 and up
- Soloist – $1000-$2499
- Pointe Shoe – $500-$999
- Tiara – $250-$499
- Tutu – $50-$249
- Slipper – $1-$49
In appreciation for your donation, either your name or your designee’s name will appear in the annual Dance Plano! program. Please make your contribution prior to December 1 Fairy Tale Ballet program in January. A receipt acknowledging your tax-deductible donation will be provided during the month of January.

North Texas Giving Day
September 21, 2023
Take part in the largest community-wide giving event in the nation and support Plano Metropolitan Ballet! To give on North Texas Giving Day, simply go to https://northtexasgivingday.org/plano-metropolitan-ballet-inc.
You can also schedule your donation before North Texas Giving Day. Go to NorthTexasGivingDay.org and schedule your donation to Plano Metropolitan Ballet. That way, if you are out of town or you want to make sure that you give on that day, your donation is already scheduled. The donation will be processed on September 22. You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled donation as soon as the donation is scheduled. You will also receive a receipt of your donation on September 22, once your donation is processed. Your donations help us make our performances the best they can be by supporting the funds for beautiful backdrops, awesome costumes and the best choreographers that truly make our ballets unique.
All donations are 100% tax deductible. Everyone who donates on North Texas Giving Day will be recognized as “Friends of PMB.” Our donation levels are: Ballerina – $2500 and up, Soloist – $1000-$2499, Pointe Shoe – $500-$999, Tiara – $250-$499, Tutu – $50-$249, Slipper – $1-$49
Volunteer Opportunities
Plano Metropolitan Ballet is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We rely on volunteer support to be able to continue to enrich the community with quality performances year after year. There are many opportunities for you to become involved with Plano Met as a volunteer. Contact any PMB Board Member for more information!
